Venue Request Forms for 2024-2025
Venue request forms for May 1, 2024, through April 30th, 2025, are now available.
The forms are located in the wood rack on the kitchen side of the Rec Hall. There are two sets of forms at that location. The forms for 2024-2025 are available and the 2023-2024 forms for the remainder of this season thru 30 April 2024 are available. Please be sure to use the correct year form for your request.
Note: If your event occurs all year, you will need to submit two forms,
one for each time period (May-Oct and Nov-April).
Forms for the 2024-2025 season need to be completed and submitted as soon as possible but no later than March 10, 2024. You may leave the forms in the green envelope provided above the forms in the Rec Hall or you may drop the forms off at 419 Spoonbill Drive in the box provided.
